Most mainstream media today is just state-compliant PR. Audiences are screaming for answers, but the media refuses to ask the real questions.


We are VICHAR, a digital media incubator building an uncompromising investigative interview podcast for Gen Z. We don't do lifestyle or hustle culture — we do fearless, unfiltered inquiry.


We are at Day Zero. If you're looking for a boring corporate internship where you're micro-managed, keep scrolling. But if you want to get in on the ground floor of a media startup and have the creative freedom to actually make things go viral, read on.

We're looking for a "chronically online" Social Media Intern who understands the 18–25 demographic better than the algorithm itself. You will be the engine that translates our deep, long-form investigative content into fast-paced, high-retention short-form media.

  • Chop & Drop Mine our long-form podcast episodes for the most raw, hard-hitting moments and edit them into viral Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
  • Hack the Algorithm Strategize post timing, optimize hooks, and ride current internet trends and meme culture before everyone else does.
  • Community Building Engage with our audience in the comments with a brand voice that is witty, bold, and completely unfazed.
  • Growth Hacking Experiment freely. If you have a crazy idea for a post, we want you to test it. No asking for permission.
  • You live on Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter). You know exactly why a Reel goes viral at 11pm on a Wednesday.
  • You have sharp video editing skills — CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, whatever. As long as the retention is high, we don't care what you use.
  • You are deeply tuned into Gen Z culture and meme literacy. You are not performing it. You are it.
  • You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be chased down for deadlines. You chase the deadline.

We are VICHAR, a digital media incubator building an uncompromising investigative interview podcast for Gen Z. We film conversations that matter. You make the world actually sit through them.


We are at Day Zero. If you want a gig where someone hands you a cut list and you just assemble clips — keep scrolling. If you want to own the entire post-production pipeline of a media startup from scratch — this is it.

We're looking for a Video Editing Intern who treats the edit like a second interview. You're not just cutting footage — you're controlling narrative tension, pacing, and the exact moment someone decides whether to keep watching or close the tab.

  • The Full Cut Take multi-hour raw recordings and edit them down to tight, high-retention podcast episodes. You decide the pacing. You call the cuts. No one's looking over your shoulder.
  • Short-Form Machine Pull the 60-second moments that make people stop mid-scroll — Reels, Shorts, clips engineered for each platform separately.
  • Build the Look We don't have a visual identity yet. You build it. Thumbnails, lower thirds, intro/outro sequences — all yours.
  • Sound Design Basic audio cleanup, leveling, and music placement. A podcast that sounds bad is a podcast no one finishes.
  • Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut — we don't care what you use. Clean timelines, crisp exports, zero excuses.
  • You binge long-form content and actually dissect why the edit works or doesn't. You notice the cut before you notice the story.
  • You know what makes a YouTube thumbnail clickable at 2am. You think in frames, not just clips.
  • You ship on time. Deadlines are not suggestions. The upload schedule doesn't care about your creative block.

We're looking for an SEO Intern who treats Google like a second audience. You'll make sure our investigations don't just land well the day they drop — they keep pulling in new viewers for years after.

  • Keyword Recon Find what our audience is actually typing into Google before, during, and after watching the news we cover. Build titles, descriptions, and tags around it.
  • On-Page Cleanup Audit our YouTube, website, and show notes for technical SEO gaps — metadata, alt text, internal linking, the boring stuff nobody else wants to touch.
  • Trend Hijacking Spot when a story we covered months ago suddenly becomes relevant again, and get it back in front of people searching for it right now.
  • Track & Report Own our search analytics. Tell us what's working, what's invisible, and what we should publish next based on actual data, not guesses.
  • You've run SEO on a blog, YouTube channel, or website before — even just your own. You know the difference between vanity traffic and traffic that actually converts.
  • You're comfortable in tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or just a sharp eye and Google Trends. We don't care which, as long as you can read the data.
  • You think in search intent, not just keywords. You know "is the economy crashing" and "economy crash explained" are two completely different videos.
  • You're patient enough to play a long game. SEO doesn't go viral overnight, and you won't quit on it the moment it's slow.

We are at Day Zero. If you write copy that sounds like it got approved by five different departments, keep scrolling. But if you want to build a founder's voice from a blank page and make a media startup sound like it knows exactly what it's doing — this is it.

We're looking for a LinkedIn Copywriter Intern who writes like a person, not a press release. You'll put words in our founders' mouths that actually sound like them, and make a niche investigative podcast feel relevant to people who've never watched a single episode.

  • Founder Voice Ghostwrite posts for our founders that sound like an actual person thinking out loud, not a brand account trying too hard.
  • Hook Engineering Write opening lines people can't scroll past. On LinkedIn, you get one sentence before someone decides to keep reading or move on.
  • Repurpose & Reframe Take our podcast's biggest insights and turn them into standalone posts that work even for someone who's never heard of us.
  • Engagement, Done Right Write comments, replies, and threads that pull the right people — investors, partners, future hires — into our orbit.
  • You've written LinkedIn posts before — yours or someone else's — and you know the difference between a post that gets buried and one that actually gets read.
  • You can write in someone else's voice without it sounding like you. Ghostwriting isn't about sounding smart, it's about sounding like them.
  • You understand personal-brand and B2B copy, not just consumer marketing. A founder's post and a brand's post can't read the same.
  • You're allergic to corporate jargon. "Synergy," "thought leadership," and "circling back" are not in your vocabulary, and they never will be.
